The NTTC is providing technical support, data-hosting, and consulting services to IPA-member physicians. This involves directing the acquisition, adoption, and implementation of clinical systems to IPA members, and providing leadership and strategic direction in the implementation of Misys EMR software solutions and the Tiger Practice Management System.

E-Health Access is a partnership among The Health Plan (HMO), Upper Ohio Valley IPA, and the NTTC.
